E-Contract

AM–eContract is a solution to digitize the contract signing process, meeting the legal and technical standards of E-Contracts in Vietnam. Users can use any digital signature of any supplier and can sign into an electronic contract on the AM–eContract platform. Businesses do not have to pay for printing, delivery and storage of contracts, eliminating the risk of lost contracts.

PROCESS OF CREATE AND SIGN CONTRACT

CREATE CONTRACT

  • Enter management information and upload contract file

  • Seller options can pre-sign or not

  • Digitally sign the contract file if pre-signing is optional

SEND CONTRACT MAIL

  • Send an email to the buyer

DIGITAL SIGNATURES

  • Buyer receives mail, clicks link and digitally signs with token, no login account required

  • Seller digitally signs (if not signed)

SIGNING FINISHED

  • Announcement of completely contract signing to the parties via email
  • Download the completed signed contract file for archiving
